You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in cheating or fraudulent behaviour, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards.

You may choose a username to display on leaderboards. Usernames must not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate language. We reserve the right to remove or change usernames that violate this policy without notice.

All games on ArcadeSkill are skill-based. Scores are determined entirely by player performance. Any attempt to manipulate scores, use automated tools, or otherwise cheat will result in immediate account termination.

We reserve the right to remove scores that we believe are fraudulent or obtained through illegitimate means.

Weekly leaderboard crown badges are awarded to top-performing players as a recognition feature only. They carry no monetary value and may be modified or removed at any time at our discretion.

The Service is funded by advertising revenue. Advertisements are displayed via Google AdSense. We do not endorse products or services advertised on the Service.

All content on the Service is the property of ArcadeSkill or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, use automated scripts or bots, or attempt to manipulate game scores or leaderboards.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, ArcadeSkill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
